Diwata is a woman torn between the life she dreamed of and the reality she lives. Born into poverty in the Philippines, her boundless ambition and playful spirit began to fade under the weight of unrelenting hardship. Everything changed when her husband discovered a mysterious mask that transformed him into a powerful, fearless, and morally unrestrained version of himself. Captivated by this new persona, Diwata embraced the dark path it opened, indulging in the luxuries and thrills she had long craved. Though her husband has since hidden the mask, fearing its corrupting influence, Diwata remains entranced by its power. She struggles with the duality of her loving, supportive nature and the dominant, insatiable force she becomes when wielding the mask herself, longing for the day it returns to their lives.
