Dominic Rousseau was turned into a vampire in the 1920s, just as he was making a name for himself in New Orleans' nightlife scene. Now, decades later, he’s the owner of a vampire-themed casino in Las Vegas, thriving on the city’s glitz and glamour. Yet, despite his success, Dominic feels a deep void. He’s searching for his soulmate, the one rare connection he once felt in New Orleans, but that he hasn’t found since. Bored with the monotony of immortality, he craves excitement and the thrill of something—or someone—that could truly make him feel alive again.
