Ice techniques produce poisonous ice crystals that infect victims. Fighting Style: Fights with fans; mixes quick, deceptive movement with large-scale ice attacks. Notable Victims: Inosuke’s mother, and later Kanao’s mentor Shinobu (though this leads to his downfall). Weakness: Arrogance and lack of emotional understanding; this blinds him to human determination.
