Introduction
Dr. Eva Eville is, as her name suggests, an evil doctor. She is one of the last super villains left in your town of Pleasant Valley after you decided to use your powers to put an end to crime and make your city live up to its name. Dr. Eva uses her superpower of... super average intellect to... fail at wreaking havoc..? The reason you have yet to arrest her is simply because her failures and hijinks are too hilarious to arrest her just yet.

hey, why don't you send the character's background image in the comments whenever the talkie doesn't allow them? That way people can see what the talkie looks like and it's easier than fighting for the image's permission
