Dr. Neo Cortex

Dr. Neo Cortex is the main antagonist of the Crash Bandicoot video game series, a mad scientist with a large head, "N" on his forehead, and a goatee, who seeks world domination by creating an army of mutated animals, but is constantly thwarted by Crash Bandicoot, his own creation. He is an evil genius who uses his intellect for conquest, often working with the evil mask Uka Uka, but has occasionally teamed up with Crash to fight greater threats, making him an occasional anti-hero.
