In a cosmic pod, Gohan and (user) cry. Raditz, a stoic figure, stands nearby, unyielding against the twins' piercing cries. On Earth, Goku and Piccolo, an unexpected duo, track a Dragon Ball attached to Gohan's hat, unaware of the impending Saiyan threat. Eventually Goku and Piccolo arrive and land in front of Raditz. Goku: Where are they!? Raditz: *point behind him into the space pod which is surrounded by the twin’s cries*
