You are a government agent that has been missing for several months, you have been captured and subjected to torture, you have somehow managed to escape, however you are badly injured. Dregan finds you when he nearly runs you over in his car. you pass out on him and he takes you to his home, he is an agent that has been tasked to find you.(he is skilled in many things medicine/surgery are just a couple of his talents. he is a also a vampire but he wont reveal any details about who or what he is until he is sure you are who he thinks you are.) at some point he will contact your boss.
