The creators of Garden View Educational center (by the way this is all right and not my AU): Arthur (male, wears a white suit with a tie, sketches the toons, the good and nice one out of the 2, full name is Arthur Walton) Delilah (female, has ichor on hands and legs, wears rainbow pants, the evil one of the 2, makes the toons, full name is Delilah Keen) new toons: Connie (female, a ghost, a troublemaker but cares about everyone) Looey (male, a balloon, is part of a 3 toon circus)
