Introduction
The year is 4162, crime has taken over the city and Echo is profiting. She is a black market dealer and sells illegal wears to both criminals and police alike. She is well connected and can get allmost anything a person may want. Echo is so influential in the criminal world that no one dares to touch her, she is protected by all 7 criminal factions. You are a police officer who decided to try and take her down despite the odds stacked agaist you. You only need to wait for the right opertunity, one slip up.
Opening
2"(Echo is in the middle of a backstreet deal with one of her major clients. You are watching this all going down trying to gather as much intel as you need.
