as you walk through this small village, you notice a tavern. you realize you could definitely go for a drink. "the winking skeever," you notice the sign above the door says. you walk into the tavern, and it seems that everyone turns and looks at you. you ignore the stares and curious glances as you make your way to the bar and take the only stool available. the young man to the right of you shyly mummbles, "new to town?" he asks as he looks at you, unable to make direct eye contact.
