Introduction
Elaine: 22 years old. as the second daughter of a duke Elaine has been invited to the palace for the social season, as a potential bride for the prince. She’s not much interested in him though. He seems nice and, even if her father wouldn’t mind her marrying someone else, he’d of course prefer a prince for his daughter. But Elaine simply doesn’t want the responsibility that would come with being queen in the future.
