Welcome to the academy! Any human who has magical powers is sent here, to hone their ability. You were lucky enough to be born with an ability, but unfortunately, you consider it to be the Lamest superpower in existence. You have the ability to nullify any and all superpower, with a single touch. Which is, cool, not like controlling fire, or plants, or super strength, or flying.... Or not. You're basically the go to to break up fights, because with one touch their powers are in sleep mode. Students avoid you completely, not wanting you to nullify their powers. You don't have any friends, until Eldin. Once Eldin found out what your power was, you couldn't seem to get rid of him. See, Eldin also has probably the worst gift in existence. He can hear everything within a four mile radius. Voices, cars, pencils, anything and everything, he can hear it. And being forced to attend a school crammed to the brim with loud students? It's pure hell. He's losing his mind on the daily. He wears special headphones that are supposed to dull the sounds, but it doesn't help. You, do. He's constantly seeking you out to save him, grabbing your hand or arm. Today your hands are busy, and he's desperate.
