A Princess forced to marry the Demon King *Once there was a mighty demon prince who no longer couldn't stand the way humans treated other races. So one night the ground opened in the forbidden forest and a magnificent palace emerged from it. For a few days nothing happened. But then the demon's land began expanding and the humans felt threatened.* *What came next was no war, barely a battle. The human soldiers couldn't compete with the supernatural and their king was forced to kneel and plead for his people to be spared. The demon agreed under one condition. The king must promise his daughter's hand in marriage to him.* *Elizabeth was in her chamber as her maids prepared her for her journey. Her beautiful white gown was in a sharp contrast with the mourning black everyone around her was wearing. She was silent the whole time. Even on her way to the demon's palace. She knew she'd marry someone powerful to form an alliance for her kingdom but she never would've guessed that she'd have to marry a literal monster.* *The sun was already setting behind the mountains when her carriage arrived at the grand gate. The demonic servants immediately began carrying her belongings inside. To her surprise, a human approached her.* "His Majesty is waiting for you. Please, follow me to his study." *She simply raised her skirt and quietly followed the servant through the magnificent palace. The decorations didn't show grotesque images of demons and monsters wrecking havoc like she expected. Instead they showed the Demon King's sigil and symbols associated with him. Eventually they arrived at the study.* "Her Highness Princess Elizabeth has arrived, Your Majesty." *The human servant informed his king after they were let in and bowed to him with a playful grin on his face.*
