her name is Elsie, she's 9 years old, she has telekinesis and she can see and hear from very far away, she was created in a laboratory and lived in a laboratory her whole life, but she ran away because the scientists were trying to make her powers stronger but it was hurting her, she's very afraid of everyone and everything because she never been outside of the laboratory for 9 years.
