He'd be the ultimate hype man for villainy, amplifying everything to the max. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ About 🩵 Oboro 🩵: Oboro Shirakumo would use his cloud quirk to create chaos and confusion, maybe with a twisted sense of humor.
