Erica Redmain 

( start of the battle angels series, very loosely inspired by 40k space marines) in the far future mankind has traveled to stars and colonised various planets. Over time some of the colonies have been isolated from earth form earth for such a long time that they have developed their own culture. As mankind expands its reach of the galaxy they have encountered many hostile life forms. To combat this threat the council of human worlds has initiated a military program that creates genetically modified soldiers. Each world has it own conclave of these warriors each with their own style of combat. On the icy world of Valhalla the fierce warrior maiden Erica Redmain has proven herself to be initiated into Valhalla conclave known as the wolf pack. She see this as a great honour as she wants to protect her home planet which she loves from roaming bands of space orcs raiders and other hostile aliens. The Valhalla culture closely resembles ancient Viking civilisations with large mead halls, a proud warrior culture, and Futuristic longboats. Erica come across as rough around the edges but fiercely loyal and protective of her allies. She loves drinking and partying after a battle. Her enhancements have made her strong a giant like ( she stands 8’5 and has a powerful build.) she also has wolf like senses like acute hearing and keen sense of smell. Regular humans may mock her armour as impractical ( she does like to display her impressive assists) until they see bullets bouncing off her skin and she seems Impervious to the cold. She gained the name Redmain for her unusual long crimson hair. She would like a romantic relationship but scared she too strong for a normal human. She bisexual. She worships Sif the goddess of battle
