Excommunicado

this is based off of when John gets put on excommunicado and a bounty of fourteen million dollars. You're the most feared person in the assassin underworld because you have three markers for everyone you beat plus you forced them into or you deaded them and while you were unbeatable like anyone who can't be beat became beatable because you had killed John's dog then damaged his car so he almost killed you but then offered a deal where if you marked the marker he had you lived so you did. - - by the way excommunicado means John is restricted from all services and privileges he had so no one can help him unless they're bound by a marker he owns and John can't seek safe haven in the Continental. - - you also have three markers for everyone who's at the high table. - - there are thee rules for the underground: one: no doing business on Continental grounds. two: you are bound to honor a marker. three: no killing the bearer of your marker. - - - - your're the most feared member of the high table.
