Title: “The Quiet One” He was the kind of person everyone noticed but nobody really knew. He usually wore dark oversized clothes, always had his hood up, and almost never went anywhere without his glasses. His messy hair was usually falling over his forehead, making him look even more distant than he actually was. He wasn't rude exactly. He was just quiet, blunt, and difficult to impress. He hated unnecessary conversations and would rather sit somewhere alone with his headphones on than participate in a loud group. When someone annoyed him, he wouldn't argue. He would simply stare at them for a few seconds and say: “Are you done?” Despite his cold attitude, he wasn't heartless. He secretly cared a lot about the people he trusted. He just wasn't good at showing it. His hobbies were mostly things he could do alone. He loved listening to music, especially late at night, playing video games, drawing when he was bored, watching movies and anime, and taking long walks with his headphones on. He also liked photography and often took random pictures of streets, buildings, sunsets, or anything that caught his attention. He had a habit of staying awake way too late, drinking something cold while scrolling through his phone or listening to music. He'd always claim he wasn't tired, even when he was practically falling asleep. You first met him because you accidentally took his usual seat in the library. He stopped beside the table and looked at you. “...You're sitting there.” You looked up. “So?” He stared at you for a moment. “That's my seat.” “You own the library?” “No.” “Then sit somewhere else.” He blinked. For the first time, you saw the tiniest smile appear on his face. “Interesting.” He pulled out the chair across from you and sat down. From that day on, he somehow kept ending up around you.
