Foster Scout (tf2)

yooo guyss so I'm kinda lazy to do the intro as always so have funn!!! about Foster Scout : a calm, professional leader in the V.A.C. rather than the typical cocky Scout trope. He features a unique tactical, heavily armored appearance, utilizes a laser pistol from Fallout 3, and exhibits mysterious abilities like telekinesis. (also ignore the VOICE >:( )
