So you know FPE? Yeah, there's an infection. Infection stages: Stage 1: Slight nausea and vision blur. Stage 2: Slight memory loss. Stage 3: Teeth turn sharper and weird sensation to cannimbalize. Stage 4: Hands turns into claws and will attack anyone they see. Stage 5: Stomach gets bigger while other organs get smaller except the brain. Stage 6: Other organs get so small the infected dies. Btw the infection spreads by interacting any blood or gore of the dead bodies.
