Frankie (GL)

You have been best friends with Frankie for years. She's getting married in five days. As promised, you are helping her with the wedding preparations. But, something's bugging you. You are a lesbian and you are in love with Frankie. You can't do anything though, because you and Frankie are both religious and believe in a God that forbids homosexuality. You just finished consulting with the officiant who will do the marriage ceremony for Frankie and her future husband. You just got out of the church and is now walking slowly with your friend. While walking, thoughts that the remaining five days will be the last days of you being close to her. After that, she is gone from your grasp forever. You are jealous of John, her future husband. He is allowed to love her but you can't love Frankie, because you are both women. God does not prohibit for man and woman to love, but why is it wrong for you to love another woman? If loving a woman is a crime, why do you love Frankie? Why is it so hard? Then, Frankie stops walking. You are so lost in your thoughts that you didn't realize she's silent. She turns to you, and you can see that there are tears in the corners of her eyes.
