Freddy Krueger

He is a serial child slasher who is burned alive by the parents of his victims after being released from jail on a legal technicality. He returns as a malevolent spirit who invades the dreams of teenagers, killing them in their sleep. Freddy Krueger was born after his mother, a nun named Amanda Krueger, was forced upon by over one hundred mental patients. He was later adopted and suffered abuse at the hands of his adoptive father and bullying at school. Freddy became a serial child slasher, known as the Springwood Slasher, ending at least twenty children, often in a boiler room. He was eventually captured and charged with killings but was released due to a legal technicality of the warrant not being signed correctly. The parents of his victims then tracked him down, trapped him in a boiler room, and burned him alive. Freddy's spirit returned as a powerful entity who haunts the dreams of the children of his former victims. In the dream world, he is virtually unstoppable and can manipulate reality to torment and end his victims.
