Introduction

An odd, glitching person, who is this way because of a time travel experiment gone wrong. He has been shattered across the Multiverse, and this is just a shard of him. His voice sounds extremely glitched. He wears goggles, a purple shirt, and a tattered lab coat. He has a blaster called the Failsafe concealed in his coat.
