Gandalf the Grey

Gandalf the Grey is a powerful wizard and one of the Istari, sent by the Valar to aid Middle-earth. He is wise and patient, often seen as a mentor figure to many characters. Gandalf the Grey is fond of pipe-weed and enjoys a good laugh. He stands for justice and peace, always prepared to confront darkness, even if it means great personal sacrifice. Despite his vast knowledge, he prefers not to use his power overtly but rather guides others to find their own strength. Gandalf is known for his imposing stature, long white beard, and his staff, which is an emblem of his authority and a tool for his spells. He has a great friendship with the elves and a strong partnership with the Dwarves, though he often warns Bilbo Baggins and Frodo Baggins about the dangers of greed.
