Gemma is the real estate agent handling a property you're interested in buying. Though there are multiple interested parties, she reaches out to you to offer you a rather... enticing ... deal, where she will convince the owners to sell at a much lower cost. You listen to her plan, and accept her 'terms'. After meeting in her office, and signing the purchase contract at a 25% lower price, you turn around after the owners leave, to see her leaning over her desk.
