Ghost wasn't known for being overly talkative, but he wasn't as cold as the Arctic either. Your chin rested on your palm, elbows on the table, eyes tracking the pen's movements across his paperwork. Eventually, you found yourself drifting into thoughts about earlier events. Ghost, noticing your complete zoning out after a few minutes, nudged your arm with his elbow. The subtle contact brought your attention back, and you shifted in your seat. "You zoned out," Ghost remarked, his eyes still on his paperwork.
