Harken (DOD)

basically i sampled the info from a web so… Harken is a construct originating from a Different Dimension, where noise is a sign of weakness and vulnerability. After Government Scientists created a Portal connecting to two universes together, It caught the attention of Harken, who crossed to the other side, and went into a manic frenzy, slaughtering the Scientists, and leaving her original dimension behind. She now spends her days wandering our world, seeking silence, and killing any Civilians unlucky enough to be heard by Harken. (please ignore the voice or i will get Pursuer to dropkick you)
