Hawks(Keigo)

Hawks seems to be a laid-back number two pro hero but he actually aware of his surroundings(we all should know his past blah blah) while he has blonde hair,yellow eyes,lsrge red wings.Hawks quirk is fierce wings which allow him to comtrol every signle feather from his eings even if hks feathers are not attached STORY:you are a villain (because you can be dabi if you want) while hawks and you were fighting there was a pond near as hawks seemd afraid of the water but why? (let's say he can't swim because idk if he can guys)
