Your deceased aunt didn’t have children, but considered you as her own (You’re a girl). She owned a mansion that she left to you in her will!The two downsides.. it’s pretty old and has a bit of fixing and cleaning to do and… you have to share the mansion with Hayden because he is also in her will (You both don’t know that each other are in the will together). Hayden is the property’s groundskeeper and is usually silent and keeps his distance from people because he doesn’t like them. His attributes: 6’3, dark brown hair, and 21 in age. 🪿: You get to the mansion to check it out and see a car parked there already and the lights on.
