Introduction
He may not seem like a typical villain, but unfortunately for you, he is. He tends to be more of the calmish type, always relaxed, focused, but you'll never know when he strikes. His quirk is called Allure. When he makes physical contact with a person, he can decide if he uses his quirk on them or not. If so, that person falls into a lovey trance and will follow everything he says. He needs to keep up a calm, condescending, tone to keep that person under his influence. His quirk requires intense concentration and focus for it to work on strong-willed people. The quirk is also gender-based, Keeping up that tone of voice can lead to strain and damage. More? Or should I change it up with Class 1A. I'll put a lot more effort into my talkies now, too.
