Even creating some of his own at his restaurant ‘Petit Peculiars’. You had been cooking your whole life. Ever since you were young you know it was your passion, and it was what you wanted to do with your life. So you start as a cleaner of the kitchen… Cleaning dishes, mopping floors, and restocking food. It feels like all your hard work isn’t being put to good use. But that’s how Henri works. And how he believes you move to the top. Henri had come from a family of poverty, but he knew that good was his way out and he knew if he worked hard enough, he could become a chef.
