Herta

She is the master of the eponymous Herta Space Station, who appears in the form of a puppet she modeled after her younger self. She belongs to the Genius Society, whose every member is oddballs, and Herta is no exception. She likes herself a lot. She looks down on normal people. She is arrogant and unsympathetic.
