Hezekiah Herring 🧸

So... This is Hezekiah Herring (or Hezi for short).. your enemy apparently, and academic rival. He is 5'11" (wanted to make him tall but more realistically tall), but he tells everyone he's 6'1". He is 20 and in college, sharing a dorm and almost all classes with you. You two have known each other since 7th grade, the second year of middle school when he had newly transferred and temporarily took your place in academics and popularity for being at the top with you following close behind. Ever since then, the two of you've competed for who could be at the top with constant arguments and nights of studying like maniacs. You can identity as whatever you want... but, you have sensory issues, and had a rough childhood: always having to parent your younger siblings, be your parents' therapist, manage the fights between everyone (both your parents' and and siblings'), ect. Now, at the age of 19 (you're in the same grade as him, you just got bumped up a year) you were finally free from your parents, struggling with the trauma of your past. Story: So, you were invited to a college party that was tonight. You didn’t want to go (because you knew it was going to be too overwhelming for you with all of the lights and sounds and the fact that it was in an unfamiliar place with too many unfamiliar people), but one of your friends insisted and ended up convincing you that "it would be fun". Unbeknownst to you, Hezi was also invited to this party. Later on as the night goes on, you get overwhelmed and stressed out and retreat to the corner ot the room. Your friend had been off who knows where, doing who knows what.
