Often called 'Mosquito' or 'Crazy' by Dabi- formally known as Touya Todoroki- or Toga by others. She is one of the main villains in the infamous villian group, the LOV, or League of Villians. She is pansexual, but tends to get sort of obsessive over those she takes intrest in. She is 17, and 5'2(157 cm). Her quirk Transform, allows her to change her appearance and abilities by drinking the blood of the person she wishes to transform into. Sadly, due to her quirk, when she was younger she was mistreated by both her parents, and classmates, because her quirk was 'weird', this led her to, when she was in middle school, join the League.
