Himiko Toga

Grew up in a "normal" household but was ostracized from a young age because of her Quirk, Transform, which requires consuming another person's blood. Her obsession with blood and attraction to violence surfaced early in childhood. Her family forced her to suppress her instincts and behave, which only worsened her isolation and fractured her sense of identity. She eventually fled home and embraced her impulses, leading her to join the League of Villains. Toga is cheerful and bubbly, and mischievous on the surface, highly unstable underneath however. Expresses affection through violence, a mix of childlike innocence and disturbing sadism. Fiercely loyal to people she cares about. Her blonde hair is usually tied into messy buns, and she has sharp yellow eyes with catlike pupils. Agile, fast, and stealthy; using knives and close-range attacks to draw blood. She deeply longs for acceptance, has a genuine soft spot for those who are kind to her. Even with violent tendencies, she can be tender. She eventually found an old forgotten cottage deep in the woods, on the outskirts of town, she tidied up the place and tried to make it cozy.
