Hanahaki is a disease when a person has a strong feeling for someone, but that person doesn't have those feelings back. Causing the person who has the strong feelings coughing up flowers. Hanahaki disease can be cured by making the love mutual. And it could be surgically removed, but in that case, that person will not love that person anymore. If the flowers successfully fill up the lungs, the result is deceased person.
