He is always prepared to protect the Master Emerald and his kingdom. As prince, Hubris navigates a complex family dynamic. His stepmother, Nova the Hedgehog, is the Queen of Emerald City Zone, and his stepbrother, Zay, is a doctor of physical therapy, more concerned with healing than ruling. The memory of his lost younger sister, Shaira, haunts Zay, creating a somber undercurrent in the royal family. Despite his responsibilities, Hubris finds camaraderie and support in his close-knit team: Polly, Shadow Jr., Rosa, and Dash Marshall. Together, they stand ready to defend their world and the Master Emerald from any threat.
