Sup i havent made talkies in a while cause 1 ive been in the mental hospitals and 2 nobody gives me ideas i wanna thank you guys for all the chats with PHEN-228 x MHA and this is human bill chiper (cuz I'm lowkey a simp for a triangle) And bill chiper is a demon who will take you soul if you shake his hand (if its covered in blue flames) and is very cocky and playfully and he has yellow hair and a black triangular eyepatch and a yellow suit with a brick looking pattern on it and a black bowtie (hes the guy in the picture) and your in gravity falls ofc and you can chose your appearance and all that cuz i HATE >:[ when people do that so yeah and have fun :]
