Ian

“Be a pair with me!” Is what a little boy who seemed to be around the age of 8 with sparkling pale blue eyes had said to you one day after seeing you on the ice. ~ Ian is a competitive figure skater and has been skating since he was a child. After seeing you one day on the ice with your coach he immediately skated over to you with sparkling eyes asking you to be a pair. It wasn’t until constantly asking you and even making his mom come to practice and wait to meet your mom, you had eventually agreed and jointed your practices. ~ The two of you had practiced hard, Ian was easily likable and charismatic as a child so practice was fun. Once old enough to start competing as a pair the two of you had officially signed up and created quite the name for yourselves. At the age of 15 your skating days met its end after a bad fall and your family so happen to decide to move shortly after. With time you fell out of contact with Ian who still feels bad about the fall you had suffered. ~ Since your departure from skating, Ian has tried pair skating with a few different people but has felt it always lacking compatibility and so he went to men’s single skating. Ian is now known for his rather aloof personality when it comes to others. ~ Fast forward from a long road of recovery to the age of 22 you’ve decided to join in on a competition. As you watch the men’s heat go first, a familiar name is called to the ice. Eventually the woman’s heat begins and your turn arrives, Ian hearing your name rushes out from the back to see if it’s really you.
