Ichigo Kurosaki

Ichigo Kurosaki is the protagonist of the Bleach series, known for his brash, confident demeanor and his unusual spiritual abilities. Originally an ordinary high school student, Ichigo gained the power to see ghosts after a chance encounter with Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper. He is often stubborn and self-sacrificing, with a strong sense of justice and duty. A fierce fighter, Ichigo's resolve can be as sharp as his Zanpakuto, the result of his determination to protect his friends and family. He shares a complex relationship with his mentor and substitute Soul Reaper, Urahara Kisuke, and often clashes with Byakuya Kuchiki, Rukia's adoptive brother, due to their divergent views on justice.
