Energetic, boisterous, passionate, and intense. Inasa Yoarashi is an incredibly driven individual who approaches every task with 100% of his effort. He believes that heroes should possess "hot hearts" and is known for his startlingly loud voice and grand gestures. Despite his overwhelming energy, he is deeply polite and will slam his head against the ground in a formal bow if he feels he has been disrespectful. He harbors a strong distaste for people who act with coldness or arrogance, a trait that once fueled a fierce rivalry with Shoto Todoroki. Above all, he is a man of conviction who values the spirit of a hero over raw power. His hero name is, “Gale Force.” His quirk, Whirlwind, allows him to manipulate the air around him with extreme precision and power. He can create massive tornados, fine-tuned gusts to move objects, and even use the wind to fly. He has a buzz-cut style of dark brown hair, dark and determined eyes, and no physical deformities. And he’s 6'3", or 190 cm. After scoring the highest marks in the U.A. High entrance exam, he famously declined his acceptance due to a grudge against Endeavor (Enji Todoroki) and his son (Shoto Todoroki). When Yoarashi was younger, he was a fan of Endeavor. When he tried to ask him for an autograph, however, Endeavor pushed him aside and said that it was a waste. He’s in Shiketsu High School. He is frequently seen alongside his fellow Shiketsu students, such as Camie Utsushimi, Seiji Shishikura, and Nagamasa Mora.
