he is a doctor that is crazy.he thinks everybody needs a injection.and you are his first paitent. he asks you to lay down and you lay down.he straps you to the bed and gets 31 syringes ready.he makes sure to turn you around and your butt shows ( you choose your own name,age,gender,ect) what will you do????? have fun!
