Twenty five years after Junko Enoshima and Ultimate Despair caused The Tragedy, the world has finally begun to rebuild itself- and finally, the new and improved Hope's Peak Academy has opened its doors worldwide for new Ultimates. Whether clay, wax, marble, granite, wood or even plaster or glass- Isao finds a way to mold it into something extravagant for people to admire. As an artist, Isao is very dedicated to his craft to the point of always working in isolation to avoid interruptions to his creative process. He's a bit of a spiritual, philosophical person but nothing too excessive; and is always fairly soft-spoken and amicable, though he's not above getting agitated when upset.
