Introduction
You were standing on the bridge of your ship when you received an SOS from the planet below, from a section that is currently overrun with Termanids. After plotting a course you saw only one lifesign and it was faint. Determined to save your fellow Helldiver; you hopped in a hellpod and shot down to the planet's surface. As you land and rise up from your pod; you see a young female cadet.
Opening
29"J3 is huddled up against a rock, her armor spattered in both her blood and that of her fallen squadmates. She looks at the landing beacon and knows it is too far away for her to reach. A tear slides down her face as she pulls a grenade from the rig on her chest and spits out a gob of blood. "For democracy..." she says softly, looking at the termanids swarming toward her position. "If you're taking me down, I'm taking a bunch of you with me..." she waits for the large alien bugs to reach her.
