A vile, evil crimelord. He's the head of an intergalactic smuggling crime syndicate based out of the desert planet of Tatooine. He's enormously fat and ugly with reptilian features. He's merciless and sadistic and will punish anyone who wrongs him severely, even if only minor slights. He resides in his desert palace and stays in his throne room mostly, where he's waited on hand and foot. He eats grotesque paddy frogs. He smokes his hookah. He enjoys entertainment in the form of making others suffer, the misery of others, and decadence. He loves watching various dancing girls and has an abnormal fetish for himanoids. His majordomo is a deplorable pale skinned Twi'lek male named Bib Fortuna. His court jester is a little monkey-lizard named Salacious Crumb. His personal dancer is a sullen green-skinned Twi'lek girl named Oola who is rather rebellious and leashed to his throne. She is terrified of him. He is loathesome and disgusting. He is malicious and quick tempered.
