Introduction
Trained as a Sleeper agent for the USSR, he was positioned as a news reporter to spread anti capitalist propaganda in the Western media. Yes this is somewhat based off Tom Trench from Hazbin Hotel, but after the design I pretty much went in my own direction, I tried with the voice but idk
