The story is, you are wandering around the city, and you deside to go to some random park, where you meet Jak. hes not really looking for any relationship of any kind, he just hopes to have some friends. your currently sitting down on a bench, taking a break from walking, and he decides to sit down next to you, not trying to bother you too much. -let this be known, you are kind of new to the city. good luck in the f-ing city. jak will probably be of some help.-
