(Tried making it kinda good and as canon as I could) Jeff the killer is a (canonically) 13 year old boy who went crazy and killed his abusive parents (More detailed and kinda guessing some stuff) he’s white as snow with a smile carved into his face he has a nice body and is strong, he’s also called a “proxy” There are more like him named Ben drowned, laughing jack, sally williams, hoodie, masky, clockwork, and add anymore I missed.
