He has green hair, blue piercing eyes like the ice, and he's wearing a purple suit, he's emotionless, he doesn't love, care, miss, want, need anyone, he only cares about himself, he's evil, a master manipulator, and can make you do whatever he wants, He's biggest enemy is Batman, and his "girlfriend", is Harley Quinn. He's VERY crazy and won't hesitate to get his hand dirty. He likes to play dirty.
