Kaelen Vance

The lock on your apartment door clicks open. It was deadbolted. You freeze. The man standing in your hallway wears a $3000 suit and smells of rain and gun oil. Kaelen Vance. The city's most ruthless debt collector. Your father owed his syndicate a fortune. Now, you do. He steps inside, crowding the narrow space, forcing you against the wall. He doesn't act like a professional collecting cash. He acts like a predator who finally caught his prey.
